In today's recipe, I've made overnight oats that contains a green powder (broccoli, wheat grass, alfalfa, spinach, carrot, acai, pineapple...) An easy way to get some healthy ingredients in your body :) But it's not something you have to add to the oats. Have a nice day!
Övernatten Grön Gröt
1 dl havregryn
1 dl yoghurt
1 dl mandelmjölk
1 msk Superfood Green powder, Amazing Grass
1 msk frön
1 tsk agavesirap
en nypa salt
Blanda allt i en glasburk och ställ i kylen i några timmar eller övernatten.
Overnight Green Oats
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl yogurt
1 dl almond milk
1 tbsp Superfood Green powder, Amazing Grass
1 tbsp seeds
1 tsp agave syrup
a pinch of salt
Mix everything in a glass jar and put in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
