Yesterday was Peanut Butter Day :) Yummy!! How lucky I was to receive a package from De Pindakaaswinkel on the very day. Their peanut butter is high quality and they have many different flavors. My favorites from them are natural, coffee & sea salt and sport. In the recipe below, I have used sport, but you can use your favorite peanut butter. Delicious, a perfect breakfast or snack.
Peanut Butter Protein Overnight Oats
1 dl old-fashioned oats
1 3/4 dl unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder, optional
1 tbsp (sport) peanut butter, de pindakaaswinkel
sweetener of choice
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Top with eg. peanut butter and berries.
Jordnötssmörprotein Övernatten Gröt
1 dl havregryn
1 3/4 dl osötad mandelmjölk
2 msk yoghurt
1 msk chiafrön
1 msk vaniljproteinpulver, valfritt
1 msk (sport) jordnötssmör, de pindakaaswinkel
valfritt sötningsmedel
Rör ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Kyl över natten. Toppa med ex. jordnötssmör och bär.
