This is a snack I almost always have in the fridge. I vary the seasoning according to taste and season. In these I have cinnamon and cardamom and those flavors are suitable now for autumn. So good with a cup of coffee.
Prune Cardamom Bites
14 pcs
130 g soft pitted prunes
70 g oats
70 g peanut butter, natural and smooth
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp cardamom
one pinch of (flaky) salt
Put all ingredients to a food processor and process until it forms a dough. If the dough is dry add some water. Shape into balls. Store them in the fridge.
Plommon-Kardemummabollar

130 g mjuka urkärnade torkade plommon
70 g havregryn
70 g jordnötssmör, naturell och slät
1 tsk kanel
0.5 tsk kardemumma
en nypa (fling)salt
Lägg alla ingredienser i en matberedare och mixa tills det bildar en deg. Om degen är torr tillsätt lite vatten. Forma till bollar. Förvara dem i kylen.
