I continue to use this sweet pear marmalade a little here and there. It goes very well in these cheesecakes that I served in glasses. Since the jam marmalade is so sweet in itself, no sugar is needed in the filling. Cream, cream cheese and marmalade and you have a delicious filling.
No-bake Pear Cheesecake
3 Digestive biscuits, crushed into crumbs
0.5 dl heavy cream
50 g cream cheese
2 tbsp pear marmalade, Fazer
Put the crushed cookies in the bottom of two glasses. With an electric mixer, beat the cream. Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Stir gently in the marmalade. Top the cookie crumbs with the filling. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Päron Cheesecake i Glas
3 digestivekex, krossade i smulor
0,5 dl vispgrädde
50 g färskost
2 msk Gröna Kulor marmelad, Fazer
Lägg de krossade kexen i botten av två glas. Med en elvisp, vispa grädden mjukt. Lägg i färskost och vispa tills slät. Blanda i marmelad. Toppa kexsmulorna med fyllningen. Sätt i kylen i 30 minuter.
