In today's oven-baked oats I added protein powder, but it is not something you need. My protein powder tastes like apple pie, so I chose to fry apple cubes in coconut oil, which I then topped the oats with. Good!

Apple Crumble Protein Baked Oats
2 dl oats
2 dl almond milk
1-2 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp apple crumble protein powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
apple diced, fried in coconut oil
cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Pour into oven safe bowl. Bake for about 15 minutes. Top with apples and cinnamon.
Äppel Protein Bakad Gröt
2 dl havregryn
2 dl mandelmjölk
1-2 msk agave syrup
1 msk proteinpulver, äpple-smulpaj
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
tärnat äpple, stekt i kokosolja
kanel
Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer. Häll i en ugnssäker skål. Baka i ca 15 minuter. Toppa med stekt äpple och kanel.
