I found a new peanut butter for me at Lidl, which is from the HealthyCo brand. I bought both a smooth and a crunchy and both are very loose, which I like. They have a creamy taste and taste very salty. The saltiest I have ever tasted :) but I like it. If you are not used to eating peanut butter with salt, I can imagine that you will find this too salty. I used crunchy in these mini cookie cakes.
Jordnötssmör-Grottor
10 st
50 g mjukt smör
0,5 dl kokossocker
1 dl vetemjöl
1,5 msk potatismjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
en nypa salt
fyllning: jordnötssmör
Rör ihop smör och socker fluffigt och blanda sedan i resten av ingredienserna. Forma små bollar och lägg i formar. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 12 minuter. Gör en fördjupning och lägg i en klick
jordnötssmör.
Peanut Butter Mini Cookie Cakes
10 pcs
50 g soft butter
0.5 dl coconut sugar
1 dl wheat flour
1.5 tbsp potato flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
one pinch of salt
filling: peanut butter
Stir together butter and sugar and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Shape small balls and put in muffin cups. Bake at 175 ° C for about 12 minutes. Make a cavity in them and fill them with peanut butter.
