Another recipe with apples :) Apples are in season now so be sure to eat and bake with them! This overnight oats gets such a good taste of the apple sauce and cinnamon. If you like cardamom, you can add it too. Have a nice day!
Overnight Oats med Äppelmos
1 dl havregryn
1 dl havremjölk
1 tsk chiafrön
2 msk äppelmos
0,5 tsk kanel
en nypa salt
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Låt stå i kylen i några timmar eller övernatten.
Overnight Oats with Apple Sauce
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl oat milk
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tbsp apple sauce
0.5 tsp cinnamon
a pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
