I like bread in different forms. Freshly baked is the best and in recent weeks I have baked a lot of bread. Like these, for example, protein scones with the taste of vanilla. I ate mine with peanut butter and jam, yum!
Vanilla Protein Scones
1¼ dl self-rising flour
0.5 dl vanilla whey protein
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp sugar substitute
one pinch of salt
75 g Alpro yogurt
Add the flour, protein powder, almond flour, sugar and one pinch of salt in a bowl and mix. Then add the yogurt. Make 5 small scones and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 200 C degrees for about 10 minutes.
Vanilj Protein Scones
1¼ dl självjäsande vetemjöl (bakpulver i mjölet)
0,5 dl vanilj vassleprotein
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 msk sockerersättare
en nypa salt
