Cabbage in all forms is good, if you ask me :) I eat a lot of cabbage and most recently I made this gratin / casserole of cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. Very good! Do you like cabbage?
Blomkål-Brysselkålslåda
200 g blomkål, små buketter
200 g brysselkål
100 g sojafärs
1 röd lök, hackad
salt
svartpeppar
2 ägg
2-3 dl grädde
riven ost, valbart
Förkoka blomkålen och brysselkålen i saltat vatten. Lägg kålen i en ugnsform tillsammans med sojafärs, lök och kryddor. Vispa ägg och grädde ihop och krydda med salt och svartpeppar. Häll på kålen och sojafärsen. Toppa med riven ost om du vill. Grädda i 175 C ugn i ca 30 minuter.
Cauliflower-Brussels Sprouts Casserole

100 g soy mince meat
1 red onion, chopped
salt
black pepper
2 eggs
2-3 dl cream
grated cheese, optional
Pre-boil cauliflower and Brussels sprouts in salted water. Put the vegetables in an oven-proof dish together with soy minced eat, onion and spices. Whisk the eggs and cream together and season with salt and black pepper. Pour on the vegetables and minced meat. Top with grated cheese if you want to. Bake in 175 C oven for about 30 minutes.
