Crispy cookies with taste of sweet white chocolate and tart lime. I like the tart together with the sweet in baked goodies. It will be both fresh and tasty. Do you like to bake with citrus fruits?


Lime Vit Choklad Cookies

50 g smör, rumsvarmt
0,5 dl kokossocker
1 msk kokosblomsirap
0,5 lime, rivet skal
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 tsk bakpulver
30 g vit choklad, hackad

Värm ugnen till 175 C grader. Rör ihop smör och socker. Blanda i sirap och de torra ingredienserna. Arbeta ihop till en smidig deg. Rulla till bollar och lägg på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i ugnen i cirka 10-12 minuter, tills de fått fin färg. 

Lime White Chocolate Cookies
7 pcs

50 g butter, room temp.
0.5 dl coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut blossom syrup
0.5 lime zest
1 dl wheat flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
30 g white chocolate, chopped

 Preheat the oven to 175 C degrees. Stir together butter and sugar. Mix in the syrup and the dry ingredients. Work together into a smooth dough. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until they get a nice color.
