Do you like licorice? I think it's delicious and baking with licorice is also good. These muffins are a bit "healthier", with protein powder and almond flour. Suitable to eat after a workout or as a snack. Very good and moist and they stay moist for several days. I keep mine in the fridge.
Licorice Protein Muffins
5 muffins
1 1/4 dl (50g) almond flour
2 tbsp licorice protein powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp plain quark
1 tbsp milk
0.5 egg
1 tsp licorice powder
2 tbsp date syrup
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into silicon muffin cups. Bake at 175 C for 12 minutes. Let cool completely.

2 msk lakritsproteinpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
2 msk kvarg
1 msk mjölk
0,5 ägg
