A creamy blueberry pie with custard. I got blueberries sent to me from Finland :) So I had to bake a good pie with some of them. There is such a big difference in taste of wild blueberries and bush blueberries. I really prefer the wild ones.
Blåbär & Vanilj Smulpaj
120 g smör, rumstemperatur
1,5 dl farinsocker
2,5 dl havregryn
2 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
vaniljkräm, hemgjord eller t.ex. Ekströms

Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. Blanda smör och farinsocker i en skål. Tillsätt havregryn, mjöl och bakpulver, blanda. Klä en 20 x 20 cm form med bakplåtspapper och klappa ut lite mer än hälften av smuldegen över formens botten. Lägg på vaniljsås och blåbär. Strö resten av smuldegen överst. Grädda i 20-25 minuter.

120 g butter, room temperature
1.5 dl brown sugar
2.5 dl oats
2 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
custard, homemade or Ekströms

Heat oven to 175 C degrees. Mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl. Add oats, flour and baking powder, mix. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and press little more than half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the baking pan. Add the custard and blueberries. Sprinkle the other half of the crumb mixture on top and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
