It was a while since I baked "healthier pastries", but now I wanted to make a protein-rich pastry. So here's the result, a pie with peanut butter and vanilla protein in the pie shell and a protein-rich chocolate pudding as filling. Very good!
Protein Vanilj-Chokladpaj
pajbotten:
22 g jordnötssmör
2 msk vanilj proteinpulver
3/4 msk vatten
fyllning:
choklad proteinpudding (t.ex Ehrmann)
färska bär
Blanda ingredienserna till pajbotten i en skål. Tryck degen i formen på en liten silikonform. Grädda i 160 C i ca 10 minuter. Låt svalna. Fyll med chokladpudding och toppa med bär.

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
3/4 tbsp water
filling:
chocolate protein pudding (Ehrmann)
fresh berries
