Kan du tänka dig att det är fösta gången jag lagar omelett med skivad potatis, en sk. spansk omelett. Hur gott som helst och mättande. Jag gjorde en med spenat också. Båda mycket goda. Har du lagar spansk omelett?

Potatis Omelett

förkokt potatis, skivad
ägg
riven ost
mjölk
salt
svartpeppar

Lägg poatisskivorna i en ugnsform. Vispa ihop ägg med en skvätt mjölk, riven ost och kryddor. Häll blandningen på potatisen. Grädda i 175 C ugn i ca 20 minuter. 

Potato Omelette

pre-cooked potatoes, sliced
egg
grated cheese
milk
salt
black pepper

Place the potato slices in a baking dish. Whisk eggs with a splash of milk, grated cheese and spices. Pour the mixture onto the potatoes. Bake in 175 C oven for about 20 minutes.
