This potato gratin is not made of cream that you usually make potato gratin on. Instead I used broth and cream cheese and it became so incredibly good. Very tasty and satiating. I will definitely make this version again! Have a nice day!
Potatisgratäng
500 g potatis, skivad
1,5 dl buljong
100g färskost, smaksatt
salt
svartpeppar
riven ost
Lägg den skivade potatisen i en ugnssäker form. Blanda buljong, färskost och kryddor i en skål och häll på potatisen. Toppa med riven ost. Grädda i 200 C i ca 40 minuter eller tills potatisen är mjuk.

Put the sliced potato in an ovenproof dish. Mix broth, cream cheese and spices in a bowl and pour on the potato. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 200 C for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
