Usually I make patties of beans, but it's fun to vary, so this time it made bean balls :) When the balls are warm they crumble easier, but it has no effect on the taste itself. These were very good!
Vegan Meatballs
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
0.5 onion, chopped finely
1 clove of garlic, chopped finely
1.5 tbsp oats
1 tsp oregano
0.5 tsp basil
1/8 salt
a pinch of black pepper
Put the kidney beans in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Add the onion, garlic, oats and spices. Mix everything. Then form about 17 meatballs. Preheat the oven to 175 °C and bake the meatballs for about 15 minutes. Carefully flip them halfway through the baking time.

1 burk kidneybönor, sköljda
0,5 lök, finriven
1 vitlöksklyfta, finriven
1,5 msk havregryn
1 tsk oregano
0.5 tsk basilika
1/8 tsk salt
en nypa svartpeppar
