Here we have one of the summer's best pastries. Yes, I actually think so. It's easy to make and the filling is fresh and goes well with the crunchy pie crust and the strawberries. So incredibly good. You can bake the pie crust without using dried peas, but then you must press the crust with a spoon when baked.
Sommarpaj med Jordgubbar och Vit Choklad
4 mindre pajer
120 g smör, mjukt
1,5 dl strösocker
2,5 dl havregryn
2 dl vetemjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
fyllning:
240 g vaniljkvarg
80 g vit choklad, smält och svalnat

Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. Blanda smör och socker i en skål. Tillsätt havregryn, mjöl, bakpulver och salt, blanda. Tryck degen i 4 pajformer och lägg på bakplåtspapper och torkade ärter. Grädda botten i ca 18-20 minuter. Låt svalna. Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen. Fyll pajerna med fyllningen och toppa med färska jordgubbar. Förvara i kylen.

120 g butter, soft
1.5 dl of powdered sugar
2.5 dl oats
2 dl of wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
filling:
240 g vanilla quark
80 g of white chocolate, melted and cooled

Heat the oven to 175 C degrees. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Add oats, flour, baking powder and salt, mix. Press the dough into 4 pie dishes and put on a baking paper and dried peas. Bake the bottom for about 18-20 minutes. Let cool. Mix the ingredients into the filling. Fill the pies with the filling and top with fresh strawberries. Store in the fridge.
