This is not the most beautiful bread or cake I have baked, but there is nothing wrong with the taste. I experimented a little in the kitchen because I had a brown banana and egg whites that needed to be used. And then I wanted to bake a protein-rich bread with protein powder in it. I used no sugar in this bread, but the protein powder contains sweeteners and the banana is sweet in itself so that's enough. The bread / cake actually became sweeter than I had imagined. Very good! And try to put on peanut butter and sliced banana.

Protein Banana Bread
1 brown banana
3/4 dl oat flour

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a small loaf pan lined with parchment paper and bake first for 15 minutes, then raise the temperature to 175 C and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes.
