Broccoliris med Sojafärs och Bearnaisesås
1 broccolihuvud, mixat till ris
1 röd lök, hackad
1 paprika, tärnad
1 dl ärter, frysta
200 g sojafärs
salt
svartpeppar
paprika
vitlökspulver
2 dl bearnaisesås
Mixa broccolin till ett ris. Värm en stekpanna med olja och stek lök och paprika en stund. Blanda i ärter, sojafärs och stek i 5 minuter. Krydda efter smak. Blanda färsen med broccoliriset och häll allt i en ugnsform. Häll på bearnaisesås och grädda i 200 graders ugn i 20 minuter.

1 broccoli head, mixed into rice
1 red onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 dl peas, frozen
200 g soy mince meat
salt
black pepper
pepper
garlic powder
2 dl bearnaise sauce
Mix the broccoli into a rice. Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onion and peppers for a while. Mix in peas, soy mince and fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste. Mix the soy mince with the broccoli rice and pour everything into an oven-proof dish. Pour on the bearnaise sauce and bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
