Since I cooked with jakfruit at home for the first time, it has become a favorite and I have used it a lot in various recipes. This time it made patties and they are so good and they keep together well.
Jackfruit & Chickpea Burgers
1 can (550 g) jackfruit, drained and rinsed
1 dl chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 small red onion, chopped
0.5 dl oats
1.5 tbsp truffle mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
salt
black pepper
paprika
fresh parsley
Place the jackfruit, chickpeas and onion in a food processor and mix until jackfruit is shredded up and the chickpeas mashed slightly. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Form the mixture into 6 patties, Bake in 175 C oven for about 30 minuter.

1 burk (550 g) jackfrukt, sköljd
1 dl kikärter, sköljda
1 liten röd lök, hackad
0,5 dl havregryn
1,5 msk tryffel mayo
1 msk Dijon senap
1/8 tsk vitlökspulver
salt
svartpeppar
paprika
