This is a nutella-filled chocolate cake. Yes, you hear, how good it sounds. I have never been so fond of nutella, but in baked goodies I like it. If you want, you can replace nutella with regular chocolate paste in this recipe. So creamy and good! I baked my cake for about 20 minutes and this way it gets sticky. Yum!
Choklad Nutellakaka
1 ägg
1 dl strösocker
2,5 msk neutral olja
1 dl kvarg
1 dl vetemjöl
3/4 dl kakao
0,5 tsk bakpulver

Sätt ugnen på 175 grader. Rör ihop ägg och strösocker till en fluffig smet. Tillsätt olja och kvarg och blanda. Blanda i de torra ingredienserna till en jämn smet. Häll hälften av smeten i en liten smord och mjölad brödform. Gör en fåra och lägg i klickar av nutella. Toppa med resterande smet. Grädda kakan i mitten av ugnen i 20-25 minuter. Ta bort från ugnen och toppa med nutella om du vill.
Chocolate Nutella Cake
1 egg
1 dl caster sugar
2.5 tbsp neutral oil
1 dl quark
1 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl cocoa
0.5 tsp baking powder

Heat the oven to 175 C. Stir egg and sugar into a fluffy batter. Add oil and quark and mix. Mix in the dry ingredients to a smooth batter. Pour half of the batter into a small greased and floured loaf pan. Make a dwell in the batter and fill it with dollops of nutella. Bake the cake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with some extra nutella.
