I make chia puddings periodically. Now it has been far too long since last time. I ate for a couple of weeks ago a chia pudding in a cafe and then I got more craving for it. So now I have made puddings several times during the last week. I like to eat them for breakfast or as a snack.
Vanilj Kardemumma Protein Chiapudding
2 dl mandelmjölk
2.5-3 msk chiafrön
2 msk vaniljproteinpulver
0,5 tsk malen kardemumma
Rör ihop alla ingredienserna i en burk och lägg i kylskåpet i ett par timmar eller över natten. Rör om en eller två gånger för att undvika klumpar. Toppa med granola, frukt, jordnötssmör…
