Protein-rich pancakes that are good for both breakfast and snacks. I topped the pancakes with berries, banana and cinnamon.
Banana Oatmeal Protein Pancakes
3/4 dl oats
0.5 medium banana
1 small egg
3 tbsp quark
0.5 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 4-5 pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
