Bananbröd
4 dl havregrynsmjöl (mixade havregryn)
1 dl mandelmjöl
3 medelstora bruna bananer
2 ägg
1 tsk bakpulver
0.5 dl kokosolja, smält
1.5 kryddmått salt
1 tsk kanel
Värm ugnen till 175 C grader. Mixa havregrynen till ett mjöl. Tillsätt resterande ingredienser och mixa tills du fått en jämn smet. Häll smeten i en silikonform eller en smord brödform. Grädda i mitten i ugnen i ca 35 minuter. Låt svalna. Perfekt som fikabröd, frukost eller mellanmål.

4 dl oatmeal flour (mixed oats)
1 dl almond flour
3 medium brown bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 dl coconut oil, melted
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the oatmeal into a flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until you have a smooth spread. Pour the batter into a silicone mold or a greased bread roll. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 35 minutes. Let cool. Perfect as fried red, breakfast or snack.
