Usually when I bake bread I do rolls, but if you like, you can bake bread in a pan. You save some time when you do not have to shape them into rolls. Either way they are good!
Bröd i Långpanna
3 dl vatten
2 dl kvarg (vegan kvarg)
1 påse torrjäst (11 g)
3 dl havregryn
1 msk sirap
1 msk olja
3/4 tsk salt
5 dl flerkornsmjöl
Blanda vatten och kvarg och värm till 42 C. Blanda i torrjäst, havregryn, sirap, olja och salt. Blanda i mjöl 1 dl i gången tills du har en jämn och lite kladdig deg. Lägg degen på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och klappa ut degen med mjölade händer. Låt jäsa under en duk i ca 1h. Skär degen med en kniv i bitar och grädda sedan i 200 C i ca 15 minuter.

3 dl water
2 dl quark (vegan quark)
1 sachet dry yeast (11 g)
3 dl oats
1 tbsp syrup
1 tbsp oil
3/4 tsp salt
5 dl multi-grain flour
Mix water and quark and heat it to 42 C. Mix in dry yeast, oats, syrup, oil and salt. Mix in flour until you have a smooth and somewhat sticky dough. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pat the dough with floured hands. Allow to rise under a cloth for about 1h. Cut the dough with a knife into pieces and then bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
