Start the day with a fresh and good smoothie bowl. In mine I used banana and berries, but even spinach and frozen cauliflower are great to add to smoothies. Have a great day!
Smoothiebowl
100 g frysta hallon och blåbär
1 fryst banan
mandelmjölk
vanilj proteinpulver, valbart
Mixa alla ingredienser och häll upp i en skål. Toppa med bär och granola. Jordnötssmör är också gott att ha i.
100 g frozen raspberries and blueberries
1 frozen banana
almond milk
vanilla protein powder, optional
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a bowl. Top with berries and granola. Peanut butter is also delicious to add to the bowl.
