This is a fresh salad that is yummy as a side dish or on rice cakes, like here in my pictures. Season according to your own needs. I used salt, black pepper and lemon juice, but I can imagine that chili is also very good.
Avocado & Chickpea Salad
1 avocado, diced and mashed slightly
1.5 dl chickpeas
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
lemon juice, to taste
salt
black pepper
chilli flakes
chilli flakes
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Use the salad as a side dish or top rice cakes with it. Store in the fridge.

1 avokado, tärnad eller lite mosad om man vill
1,5 dl kikärter
10 körsbärstomater, delade
citronjuice, efter smak
salt
