Pies of puff pastry are so incredibly good and deliciously crispy. You can make your own puff pastry, but it is very easy to buy one from the supermarket. I made a filling of ricotta and spinach.
Ricotta & Spenat Smördegspastejer
ca 8 st
fyllning:
200 g ricotta
4 frysta spenatkuber, tinade
1 dl riven ost
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
1 tsk torkad örtblandning
salt
svartpeppar
smördegsark
Blanda alla ingredienser till fyllningen och smaka av. Fyll smördegsarken med fyllningen och kläm ihop degkanterna med en gaffel. Grädda dem i 200 C grader i ca 20 minuter.

1 dl grated cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried herb mix
salt
