It has been a while since I made chia pudding. It goes in phases, some periods I only eat porridge, other periods quark with granola and berries. And now it seems to be the time for chia puddings :) Good and nutritious.
Chiapudding med Hampapulver
1,5 dl mandelmjölk
2 msk kvarg
2 msk chiafrön
0,5 msk ekologisk hampa & bärpulver, Puur Nordic
1 tsk lucumapulver
sötning efter smak, t.ex. lönnsirap
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Låt stå över natten i kylen.
Chia Pudding with Hemp Powder
1.5 dl almond milk
2 tbsp quark
2 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tbsp organic hemp & berry powder, Puur Nordic
1 tsp lucuma powder
sweetening to taste, for example maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Put in the fridge overnight.

Det samma händer med mig,,har inte gjort chia pudding sedan,,,minns inte;D Mums, din pudding ser så god ut:)
