Oat Energy Balls

En period gjorde jag ofta proteinbollar, men nu var det länge sedan sist. Nu blev det bollar gjorda på havre och vanilj. Mycket goda tillsammans med en kopp kaffe eller te.  

For a period I often made protein balls, but now it's been a long time. Today I made energy balls with oats and vanilla. Very yummy with a cup of coffee or tea.


Havre Energibollar
9 st

65 g havregryn
20 g vaniljproteinpulver
1 tsk pulverkaffe
0,5 tsk kanel
20 g kokosolja, smält
1,5 msk mandelmjölk

Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Tillsätt mera vätska om det behövs. Smeten skall enkelt kunna formas till bollar. Förvara bollarna i kylskåp.



Oat Energy Balls
9 pcs

65 g oatmeal
20 g vanilla protein powder
1 tsp instant coffee
0.5 tsp cinnamon
20 g coconut oil, melted
1.5 tbsp almond milk

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add more liquid if necessary. The mixture should be easily shaped into balls. Keep the balls in the refrigerator.
