Who doesn’t love hot chocolate? This drink is antioxidant-rich and turmeric and cinnamon are anti-inflammatory. You could call this a "superfood hot chocolate". It's so cozy on a cold day to sit on the couch with a nice hot chocolate.
Turmeric Hot Chocolate
2 dl almond milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
0,5 tsp turmeric
1 tsp raw coconut blossom syrup
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk everything together and remove from the heat when it starts to simmer. Pour into a cup and drink immediately.
Gurkmeja Varm Choklad
2 dl mandelmjölk
1 msk kakaopulver
1 tsk kanel
0,5 tsk gurkmeja
1 tsk rå kokosblomsirap
nypa salt
nypa svartpeppar
Lägg alla ingredienser i en kastrull över låg värme. Vispa allt ihop och ta bort från värmen när det börjar sjuda. Häll i en kopp och drick omedelbart.
