My first coffee drink I drank was a mocha frappuccino in Singapore and I thought it was delicious. Now I haven't had one in a long time, but last time I did, I thought it was very sweet :) The combination of chocolate and coffee is perfect and the two goes well in baked goodies. Today's recipe is an espresso-chocolate cake.
Espresso-Chokladkaka
50 g smör, rumstemperatur
0,5 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker
1 ägg
100 g creme fraiche
1 dl vetemjöl
2 tsk espressopulver
3/4 tsk bakpulver
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 dl chokladknappar
Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Ha i resterande ingredienser och rör runt till en jämn smet. Häll smeten i form klädd med bakplåtspapper och grädda i 175 C i 40-45 minuter.
Espresso Chocolate Cake
50 g butter, room temperature
0.5 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar
1 egg
100 g creme fraiche
1 dl wheat flour
2 tsp espresso powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
0.5 dl almond flour
