Good and moist patties with a color that makes you happy. These contain carrots and white beans and keeps well together. I know that many find it difficult to make vegetarian burger that does not crumble, but here is a recipe that works well. Morot-Bönburgare
4 st
1 burk vita bönor, avrunna och sköljda
1 fint riven morot
1 msk röd lök, hackad
1 dl havregryn
1 tsk fiberhusk
1/4 tsk salt
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
en nypa svartpeppar
persilja
Mixa alla ingredienser med en stavmixer. Ställ blandningen 20 minuter i kylskåp. Forma smeten till fyra biffar och lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 200 C ca 20-30 minuter.

1 can of white beans, drained and rinsed
1 finely grated carrot
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
1 dl oats
1 tsp fiberhusk
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
a pinch of black pepper
