Good Sunday to you all! Hope you had a nice weekend so far with good food and yummy desserts. Today, I'm giving you a recipe for a coffee pudding that is easy to make, as all of my recipes are :), is dairy-free and has a good taste of coffee. It is not overly sweet, so if you want a sweeter pudding then use the larger amount of sugar given in the recipe. A dessert that will end a great weekend.
Vegan Kaffepudding
2-4 portioner
2,5 dl mandelmjölk
0,5 dl vispgrädde (soja)
2 dl starkt kaffe
0,5-3/4 dl steviasocker, Good Good Via Health
3 msk majsstärkelse (Maizena)
1 tsk espressopulver
Blanda alla ingredienser i en kastrull. Koka upp under omrörning och låt sjuda i 3 minuter. Häll puddingen i glas och låt svalna i kylskåp. Dekorera med t.ex grädde.

2,5 dl almond milk
0.5 dl whipping cream (soy)
2 dl strong coffee
0.5-3/4 dl stevia sugar, Good Good Via Health
3 tbsp corn starch (Maizena)
