Do you eat oatmeal for breakfast and maybe sometimes want to have something resembling oatmeal. Well, then you can make oat pancakes :) They are filling and you can season them to your liking.
Protein Oat Pancakes
5 small pancakes
1 dl oats
0.5 scoop protein powder
1 egg
2 tbsp almond milk
0.5 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
cinnamon
sweetener, optional
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry pancakes until golden on both sides. Top with your favorite topping.

1 ägg
2 msk mandelmjölk
0,5 tsk bakpulver
nypa salt
kanel
