If you are making omelettes to many people, I recommend to cook the omelette in the oven. I did mine with gruyere cheese, spinach, cheese and tomato. Do you have Christmas feelings already? In Amsterdam we have had in recent days around 10 degrees. The weather does not make it feel like Christmas, but when you decorate your home and light candles it gives a cosy atmosphere.
Ugnsomelett med Spenat och Tomat
2 portioner
4 ägg
2 msk grädde
1 dl riven ost (gruyere)
4 spenatkuber, tinade
1/8 tsk salt
en nypa svartpeppar
1-2 msk vitlök & örter färskost
4 körsbärstomater, delade
Vispa ihop ägg, grädde, ost, spenat, salt och svartpeppar. Häll blandningen i en smord ugnsform och toppa med färskost och körsbärstomater. Grädda i 200 C i 20-30 minuter.

2 tbsp cream
1 dl grated cheese (gruyere)
4 cubes spinach, thawed
1/8 tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper
1-2 tbsp garlic & herb cream cheese
