This porridge is reminiscent of overnight oats but has a stickier consistency. I use instant oatmeal, which makes the texture very soft and sticky. If you use a flavored yogurt you hardly need any sweetener, but if you use a plain yogurt you can add some sweetener.
Cold Chia Oatmeal
1 dl instant oats
0.5 tbsp chia seeds
hot water
3 tbsp quark / yogurt
cinnamon
stevia vanilla drops
Mix the oats, chia seeds and water in a bowl. Add water until it covers the oats. Put in the fridge for 1 h. Stir in quark, cinnamon and stevia.
