When I read the name of this ice cream I think of Ben & Jerry's :) For they have always so long descriptions of their ice creams. But this ice cream is my creation and not B&J :) An ice cream with flavors of autumn and Christmas. If you cannot get hold on speculoos cookies you can use gingerbread. If you like a tangy ice cream you can add lingonberries.

5 dl grädde
1 burk kondenserad mjölk
10 speculooskex, smulade
1 dl speculooskexsmör, värm den en aning om den är tjock
Vispa grädden tills mjuka toppar bildas. Häll i mjölken och rör runt tills blandat. Blanda i kexsmulor och kexsmör. Häll smeten i en form och ställ i frysen i 6h eller över natten. Ta fram ur frysen 20 minuter innan servering.

5 dl whipping cream
1 can of condensed milk
10 speculoos cookies crumbled
1 dl speculoos cookie butterr, heat it slightly if it is thick
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Add the milk and stir until blended. Mix in the cookie crumbs and cookie butter. Pour the batter into a mold and place in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight. Take out of the freezer 20 minutes before serving.
