Enklare än så här blir det inte. Du behöver två ingredienser för att laga denna fudge, men du kan smaksätta fudgen med t.ex. salt, nötter, torkad frukt, kryddor... Fudgen blir så krämigt len och så god! Kanske något till jul?

 This is as simple as it gets. You need two ingredients to make this fudge, but you can flavor it with eg salt, nuts, dried fruit, spices... The fudge is so creamy smooth and so good! Maybe something for Christmas?

Chocolate Fudge
about 30 pcs

350 dark chocolate or chocolate of your choice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
sea salt, optional

Melt the chocolate and then mix in the condensed milk and salt if using. Stir until combined. Pour the mixture into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Put in the fridge to set. Cut into pieces. Store the fudge in the fridge. 

Chokladfudge
ca 30 st

350 mörk choklad eller choklad av ditt val
1 burk sötad kondenserad mjölk
havssalt, valbart

 Smält chokladen och blanda sedan i kondenserad mjölk och salt om du använder. Rör om tills allt är blandat. Häll blandningen i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper. Sätt i kylen för att stelna. Skär i bitar. Förvara fudgen i kylskåpet.
