A good and filling breakfast that tastes like chocolate, banana and peanut butter. Yes, please :) It's almost like eating dessert for breakfast. I like breakfast and I happily eat it for lunch or dinner too. In the evenings, I really long for the morning when I know this kind of porridge is waiting for me in the fridge :)
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
2 dl unsweetened almond milk
1 dl old-fashioned oats
0.5 mashed banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp hemp-vanilla protein powder
0.5 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
sweetener, optional
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate for 3-4 h or overnight. Top with banana, kiwi, raspberries, and oats.
