Warming baked oatmeal is yummy to enjoy when the weather outside is cold and windy. The porridge is equally suitable for breakfast and evening snack. If you have left-overs, store the oatmeal in the fridge and heat up in the microwave later.
Baked Oatmeal with Blueberries and Banana
2 servings
2.5 dl rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
0.5 tbsp Love Arctic ground flaxseed & sea buckthorn
0,5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2.5 dl almond milk
1 tbsp fiber syrup gold
1 dl blueberries, frozen
0.5 banana, sliced
Preheat oven to 175 C degrees. Grease an ovenproof dish with coconut oil. In a bowl, mix oats, chia seeds, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the milk, syrup, banana and blueberries. Pour the mixture into the ovenproof dish and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
