The fun of smoothies is that you can choose to make them loose, so that they are drinkable or a thicker version that you can eat with a spoon. This time, I chose to use less milk and poured it into a bowl and then it feels like you have more to eat and it does not end as quickly as when you drink a smoothie :) If you want it even creamier, you can add some protein powder.
Raspberry-Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
1 dl raspberries, frozen
1 dl blueberries, frozen
1-2 banana, frozen
vanilla protein powder, optional
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add as much milk as you want. For a thicker smoothie add less milk. Pour into a bowl and top with berries and cacao nibs.

Blanda alla ingredienser i en mixer och tillsätt så mycket mjölk som du vill. För en tjockare smoothie tillsätt mindre mjölk. Häll i en skål och toppa med bär och cacao nibs.
