Bread Toppings

Tänk dig scenariot att du har endast en skiva bröd men du är sugen på flera toppingar :) Dela då brödet i flera delar och ta alla toppingar du vill ha, klart och du får njuta av allt du var sugen på. Jag hade ett rågbröd som jag delade i fyra och toppade med ugnsrostade sötpotatis tillsammans med kokosolja (har du inte testat den kombon, gör det för den är så god), jordnötssmör med hallon, hummus med tomat och rödbetshummus toppad med pumpafrön. 

Imagine the scenario that you have only one slice of bread, but you're hungry for more than one topping :) Cut the bread into several parts and take all the toppings you want, and you get to enjoy everything you were craving. I had a rye bread that I cut into four and topped with roasted sweet potato with coconut oil (if you have not tried the combo, do it because it's so good), peanut butter and raspberry, hummus with tomato and beetroot hummus topped with pumpkin seeds.
