Togurt, what's that? Haha, well I thought it was a good name when I made my own yogurt with tofu. This recipe is so simple and it's so creamy and delicious. You can flavour the togurt to your own liking, but in this I have strawberries, beet powder and sweetener. It turned out so good that I have done togurt now for several days in a row.
200 g tofu, firm
1 dl almond milk
1 tsp beetroot powder (holistic.se)
couple of dates or other sweetener of choice
almond essence, optional
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Serve with yummy toppings!

1 dl mandelmjölk
1 tsk rödbetspulver (holistic.se)
några dadlar eller annat sötningsmedel
Lägg alla ingredienser i en mixer och mixa tills slät. Servera med topping!
