It might sound weird with beans in a dessert, but it's actually not. Nowadays you see baked goodies with eg. chickpeas or beans and I have actually baked cakes with both lentils and cauliflower with successful results. This cookie dough was so good, so good that I'm almost drooling now when I write about it, lol. I'll have to make it again soon. Have you tried odd ingredients in baked goodies?
3 dl cannellini beans
1.5 scoops salted caramel protein powder (Myprotein)
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a hand blender until smooth.
Put the cookie dough in a jar and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Enjoy!
