Lucuma powder is obtained from a tropical fruit that grows in South America and the powder has a naturally sweet taste that does not raise blood sugar levels and is thus also useful for diabetics. The lucuma powder I use I got from my mother in law and I have wanted to try it out for a long time. You can add the powder in smoothies, chia pudding, in yogurt, in granola, yes a little anywhere :) I made a hot chocolate and added the powder. Although lucuma is sweet in itself, I wanted to have a little more sweetness so I added a few drops of vanilla stevia.
2 dl almond milk
1 tbsp lucuma powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
5 drops vanilla stevia (NuNaturals)
Whisk all the ingredients in a pan. Heat up and and pour into a cup.

2 dl mandelmjölk
1 msk Lucuma pulver
1 msk kakaopulver
5 droppar vanilj stevia (NuNaturals)
Vispa alla ingredienser i en kastrull. Värm upp och och häll i en kopp.
