I had egg whites at home and wanted to try to do my favorite pancakes with them. I excluded the cream cheese, which I usually add, and the end result was just as good. So if you have egg whites at home I recommend making these yummy pancakes.
120 g egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Muscletech phase 8)
2 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a hand blender. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and fry 5 pancakes golden brown on both sides.
Äggvita-Proteinplättar
120 g äggvita
1 skopa vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech phase 8)
2 msk mandelmjöl
1 tsk kanel
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål med en stavmixer. Hetta upp en stekpanna med kokosolja och stek 5 plättar gyllenbruna på båda sidor.
