Coffee Protein Granola

Att toppa morgonkvargen med granola är gott och något jag gärna gör. Nu ville jag testa att blanda kaffe i min hemmagjorda granola och det blev gott. Kaffet tar inte över smaken, utan man får en hint av kaffe. 

To top my morning quark with granola is delicious and something I love to do. Now I wanted to try to blend coffee in my homemade granola and it turned out good. The coffee taste is not overwhelming, but you get a hint of coffee.

Kaffe-Protein Granola

3 dl havregryn
1 äggvita (30 g)
4 msk  vanilj hampaproteinpulver, Fitnessguru
4 msk solrosfrön 
2 msk macadamianötter
1-2 påsar espresso snabbkaffepulver
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver 
0,5 tsk bakpulver

Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål och sprid blandningen på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna och förvara i en burk.

Coffee Protein Granola

3 dl oats
1 egg white (30 g)
4 tbsp vanilla hemp protein powder, Fitnessguru
4 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp macadamia nuts
1-2 bags of espresso instant coffee powder
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
0.5 tsp baking powder

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in 175 C degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool and store in a jar.
