Have you eaten Shrove Tuesday buns already? I know they sell them in stores long before the day and many have certainly also baked their own. I chose this year to do Shrove waffles - yes it's fun to try something new and different. I think they were very good.

Shrove Tuesday Waffles
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Muscletech phase 8)
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsk ground cardamom
10 drops of stevia or other sweetener
a pinch of salt
whipped cream and almond paste
Stir all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat a waffle iron and fry waffles until golden brown. Top with almond paste and whipped cream.

2 msk vaniljproteinpulver (Muscletech phase 8)
2 msk vispgrädde
1 tsk mald kardemumma
10 droppar stevia eller annat sötningsmedel
en nypa salt
