Sugar-free Brownie

Detta är ett recept av Cathrine som jag träffat på instagram. Cathrine bor i Danmark och är yogalärare och brinner för hälsosam mat. Idag får ni ett recept från henne och det är sockerfria brownies

This is a recipe by Cathrine, who I met on instagram. Cathrine lives in Denmark and is a yoga teacher and passionate about healthy food. Today you get a recipe from her and it's sugar-free brownies.


Sockerfri Brownie

3 bananer, mosade
150 g torkade dadlar
100 g mandelmjöl
75 g hackad choklad, sockerfri
75 g grovt hackade valfria nötter
3 små eller 2 stora ägg eller chia-ägg
1-2 msk smält kokosnötolja
2-3 msk rå kakao
hela / grovt hackade nötter att toppa med

Värm ugnen till 160 C grader. Mixa dadlar och mandel (för mjöl) separat i en matberedare. Blanda ihop dadelmassan, mandelmjöl, mosade bananer, nötter, ägg (eller chia-ägg), kokosolja och salt. Hacka chokladen grovt och vända ner i smeten. Häll smeten i en form (30 x 30 cm) eller muffinsformar och toppa dem med nötter. Grädda i ca 40-50 minuter tills ljusbrun. Låt svalna och ställ i kylen - så den blir extra god.

Sugar-free Brownie

3 bananas, mashed
150 g dried dates
100 g almond meal
75 g chopped chocolate, sugar-free
75 g coarsely chopped nuts, optional
3 small or 2 large eggs or chia eggs
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2-3 tbsp raw cacao
coarsely chopped nuts for topping 

Preheat the oven to 160 C degrees. Mix dates separately in a food processor. Then stir together the dates with almond flour, mashed bananas, nuts, eggs (or chia eggs), coconut oil and salt. Chop the chocolate coarsely and add to the batter. Pour batter into a mold (30 x 30 cm) or muffin cups and top them with nuts. Bake for about 40-50 minutes until light brown. Let cool and place in the fridge - so it will be extra good.

  1. Sounds really good, especially now that I'm on a sugar free diet during january... But where can I find sugar free chocolate?

    1. Thanks Anja. Sugar-free chocolate can be found online or in health food stores. And even some food stores sell them.
